The Most Powerful Thing You Can Do is Decide What You Want

Welcome to a new week! We here at Kat n' Drew have found a groove this week and are looking to start setting some aspirational goals for ourselves. We figured since they have worked so well with us we would share some of tips and tricks for hitting your stride to help you out! It takes a lot of mental fortitude to start working towards your dreams and we hope we can help get you started!
This week we are focusing on growth. We all know how brutal it feels when things are stagnant and, oppositely, the sheer joy that comes from becoming a better version of yourself. Whether it is personal growth, business related, relationship-wise, or with regard to your health we want you to stop what you're doing and:

Start Focusing on The Things You Want to Manifest in Your Life

chase your dreams and goals

I don't care how big or how small these things are as long as there is a longing for something that you want to come true from your very core. Once we have those ideas in mind we can really start working on how to make those dreams real. A great way to start some brainstorming is to focus on three areas. What is something you want to achieve in your:

Business World - A New Promotion? More Sales?

Personal World - Learning a Language? Reading More?

Health World - Eat Better? Lose Weight?

Once you have an idea of where to start, make your goals specific! Use something called the SMART acronym to make sure you know exactly what you're getting yourself into.

Specific - Measurable - Achievable - Realistic - Time Sensitive

To give you an example, a goal might be "I want to get skinny." A SMART goal would be "I want to lose 10lbs in 10 weeks by exercising 4 times weekly and meal planning my meals."

These can take some time and require some real thought so we will leave you thinking for the evening and explore the next step of growth tomorrow.

So, for the night, pick 3 goals and make a timeline for when you want to see them come true! And if you're feeling adventurous, share them with us!

Until next time,

Drew
