The Easiest Ways to Make Sure You Accomplish Your Dreams

The Easiest Ways to Make Sure You Accomplish Your Dreams

What a glorious day to start becoming the person you always dreamt you'd be. Now that you have some goals and some small habits in mind it's time to start putting them into action. Starting, in my opinion, is always the hardest part and so, today I am going to focus on some easy ways to get the ball rolling.

Excuses are the easiest thing in the world to cave into and, more than likely, they are the reason for most of your half attempts thus far.

The Only Thing Stopping You is Yourself

"I just don't have enough time. I'm too tired. I need more sleep. I'm too busy to start. It's hard. I need to relax a little first."

We've all told ourselves these things at one time or another but the reality is that the responsibility to change is 100% up to you. If you truly want something there is no excuse in the world that can stop you. The good news is that if you really want something NOTHING can stop you. In a lot of cases, the excuses we use are legitimate but yielding to their pressure still doesn' help us. So! Let's go over some simple ways to start breaking down the barriers.

You can start with some of these tactics! We will list one a day so that you can start planning around them!

#1 - "Make your daily goals really easy"

By making your daily mark on the easy side you start to get a taste for the successes you will eventually have. If you want to lose 10 lbs start by taking the stairs whenever possible and to drink 8 cups of water a day. If you want to write a book start by writing a page a day - about anything. You don't need to be a superstar right away. All you need to do is to start to see that it's possible to change.

Change is hard. And starting that change is even harder. But I believe in you! If you can start to move then there will be no stopping you. So, for tonight, perhaps think about some things you want to change and the easiest way you can start convincing yourself to start! Share what you decide on to get started and you will have us to cheer you on!

Until tomorrow,

Drew
